The sea
To understand Sanremo, arrive from the sea.
The coast runs past villas, rocks and pine trees into the heart of town. This is where the road home begins: a four-minute walk from the seafront to the top floor of a building on Corso Garibaldi.
The cycle path runs just steps from home.
Twenty-four kilometres along the old railway line, right beside the sea of the Riviera dei Fiori, to explore on foot or by bike.
The centre
Everything here is on foot.
Step outside and you are in Sanremo: Teatro Ariston, the main shopping street, Piazza Colombo, bars and restaurants. A pharmacy and a 24-hour supermarket are right around the corner.

Is there parking?
There is no private parking. The paid public Palafiori car park is a few metres away at Corso G. Garibaldi 36: no reservation is needed, it costs about €20 per day, spaces are subject to availability and the maximum stay is around 7 days.
How do I get there without a car?
Sanremo train station is about a 7-minute walk and the bus station is very close. The nearest airport is Nice Côte d’Azur, about 58 km away. At weekends, a transfer from the airport or station can be arranged on request, subject to availability, and paid on site.
What are the beds?
A double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area, for up to 4 guests. If you are two people and would like separate beds, let us know before arrival: a small extra may apply for the second set of linen.
Is it good for remote work?

Are children welcome?
